Do you include an invoice when you send my item? I'm ordering a gift and don't want the payment info to be sent with it.
No, I don't for that very reason! 😊 I'm delighted that many orders from Nellie and the Cat are sent straight to the gift recipient so invoices are never included in the package. Plus who wants extra paperwork they don't need, right?
And if you're sending your purchase as a gift, don't forget to include a note for the 'giftee' at the checkout!
How much do you donate to charity?
$5 from every order is donated to PANDA so when you buy from Nellie and the Cat you’re not only supporting a very small business, you’re also helping support new parents.
An item I'd like says it's Sold Out, can I still order it?
Possibly! If it's marked as sold out send me a message via the Contact page and I'll let you know when it's available again. However, if an item has just disappeared from the website it's likely to have been discontinued so won't be available again, sorry.
How long will my order take to arrive?
I try my best to have all orders in the mail within 3-5 working days, with the exception of pre-order items. The rest is up to the Post Office. I send all parcels with tracking and you will receive an email with Australia Post tracking information. For NZ and other international orders please contact me for a estimated time frame.
Can I return my item?
